FAQ

I’m ready to book! How does this work?

Great! Give us a call at (850) 263-2738, and we’ll schedule an in-person consultation. To reserve your session, we require a $50 refundable retainer.

  • If you decide we’re not the right fit, your $50 will be refunded after the consultation.

  • If you choose to book, your $50 will be applied toward your session fee.

After your consultation, you’ll have your photo session, followed by your Sales Meeting about a week later.

What happens at the consultation?

During your 30-minute consultation, we’ll go over:
✔️ Which session is the best fit for you
✔️ What to wear
✔️ Date & time options
✔️ All the important details

This ensures you feel confident and prepared before your session!

When do I pay for my session, and what’s included?

Your session fee is due at your consultation. It covers:

  • The time & expertise of your photographer

  • Pre-session planning & preparation

  • 1-2 hours of professional post-processing

The session fee is non-refundable, but you are allowed a one-time reschedule for emergencies (illness, severe weather, etc.).

Why do some sessions have a minimum investment?

Our most popular sessions require 3-8 hours of work, and you’ll also be investing 2-5 hours of your own time. To ensure you get the most from your session, we have minimum order requirements on select packages.

What about the session? Do I need to know how to pose?

Not at all! You don’t have to be a model—we’ll guide you every step of the way. We’ll help with posing, adjust as needed, and make sure you look your absolute best.

What if it rains on the day of my session?

We keep a close eye on the weather and will notify you 12-24 hours in advance if we need to reschedule. We typically don’t reschedule more than a day in advance because… well, Florida weather is unpredictable!

How long until I can see my images?

Your images will be ready within about a week. At the end of your session, we’ll go ahead and schedule your Sales Meeting so you can see them as soon as possible.

What happens at the Sales Meeting?

Your Sales Meeting is when you’ll:
📌 View all your images
📌 Select your favorites
📌 Choose your prints, albums, and wall art

We schedule 1-2 hours for this meeting to ensure you and your family have plenty of time to build your perfect order.

When do I pay for my order?

  • A 50% deposit is required on the day of your senior session to begin processing your order.

  • The remaining balance must be paid before pickup.

  • Orders left unclaimed for 6+ months will be discarded. If you wish to reorder after that time, you’ll need to start the process again and pay in full before processing begins.

Do you offer payment plans?

We do not offer traditional payment plans, but you can begin making payments at your consultation and stretch them out until your order is picked up. This typically gives you 30-90 days to pay.

Can I bring a friend to my session?

Yes! We LOVE when seniors bring a friend! Having someone there can make the experience even more fun and relaxed.

Can you send images for my yearbook?

Absolutely! Just let us know which images you need during your Sales Meeting and provide your yearbook sponsor’s email address. We’ll handle the rest!

Do you offer frames for my wall portraits?

Yes! During your Sales Meeting, we’ll go over framing options. If you prefer to wait, we can schedule a Framing Appointment when your prints arrive.
